Bed Skirt - A decorative covering for the space from the mattress to the floor to give your bed a finished look. It is also known as a "bed ruffle" or a "dust ruffle." A bed skirt is comprised of a flat piece of fabric with a panel or ruffle on three sides, It can be used in King bedding or in any size.
Blanket - Blankets can be made with light weight material for use during the warmer months or with heavier fabrics during winter. It is a type of bedding, generally a large piece of cloth, intended to keep the user warm.
Comforter - Two pieces of fabric stitched along all four sides that contain either synthetic or natural filling. A comforter covers the top and sides of a mattress but does not cover the bed pillows or entire box spring.
Coverlet - A coverlet can also be called a Matelass�. A decorative bedspread that covers the top of the bed only. Coverlets do not cover the bed pillows and do not hang to the floor.
Daybed Comforter - A type of comforter specifically for a daybed. This kind of comforter often comes in a twin size. Not for King bedding.
